The Eastern Caribbean Civil Aviation Authority is the statutory body responsible for the regulation, safety, and security oversight of civil aviation activities, as well as the provision of Communications, Navigation and Surveillance (CNS) services in Antigua and Barbuda, the Commonwealth of Dominica, Grenada, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

In addition, the ECCAA serves as the CNS service provider for Anguilla, Montserrat, and Tortola.
