The Eastern Caribbean Civil Aviation Authority (ECCAA) recently drafted the Proposed Regulations for Air Navigation Services and solicited input from all stakeholders through a public consultation period that concluded on August 28th, 2023. Subsequently, a comprehensive review of the feedback received on the draft ANS regulations was undertaken. The ‘Review of Draft Regulation Feedback’ form, linked below, provides a summary of the ensuing actions taken in response to the feedback.

The next step is the provision of the finalized Proposed Regulations to the ECCAA participating States for official publication in the Gazette.
