The Board of Directors has appointed an interim team to take the organisation forward. A recommendation has been forwarded to the Heads of Government and Ministers of Civil Aviation in the OECS for the endorsement of Mr. Donald McPhail to act as the Director General of the ECCAA.

The National Office for Civil Aviation (OFNAC) in Haiti has assumed responsibility for the interest of the ECCAA since the departure of the ECCAA Team on Monday 8th February 2010.

The Board of Directors, Management and Staff are indeed saddened by the turn of events and wish to ensure the Civil Aviation community that the ECCAA will continue to provide a high standard of service.

The organisation is appreciative of the support from the aviation family during this difficult period.
