Flight Safety Draft Regulations:

The Eastern Caribbean Civil Aviation Authority (ECCAA) recently drafted the Proposed Amendments to the Civil Aviation (Flight Safety) Regulations 2026 (CAR (FS)  and intends to solicit input from all stakeholders through a public consultation period which should be completed by the 10th day of July 2026.
